Here is my totals from this last week...well except for the days I didn't put down. Today, I did almost good...but we had some free coupons for McDonald's mcFlurrys that we wanted to use up. It was something nice to do with Abby on a night out. But Yikes, it ended up being a lot of calories. I did notice tht I didn't include the orange I ate today or the bite of apple...but I figure that is a good calorie and doesn't really count.
I have a feeling that I will have gained...but hopefully I haven't gained it all back. I guess we will know tomorrow. I think too that I won't have Sheldon take my picture every week...maybe every 10 pounds. That will be easier on everyone. I am also working really hard on not letting it get to me if I don't lose this week.

Homemade Pita Bread (100 Calories Each) Didn’t look like a pita bread but tasted good.
Mac & Cheese (with Sweet Potato Added/cream cheese/ velveeta both light) Recipe to follow was pretty good
Chicken Sausage (90 Calories for 2 oz serving) Was so yummy. I took the 7 servings and changed it to 8 and gave us each 2 servings.
Walking Total (7700 Steps) Recalculated burn based on new weight. Less Calories used but Yeah….
Tuesday, November 9th

Morning Walk (6700 steps) I swear the pedometer was off. But so was I. I wasn’t really in the mood to walk. Though I did get a 1000 steps in before my walk that I am not counting. Done by 9:15 in the morning. I might do another one this afternoon.
