½ diet coke ½ Dr. Pepper fountain drink
Smoothie with banana/spinach/orange/yogurt/orange juice/peach (Not as good as the blueberry)
Ground beef (homemade quesadilla with reduced fat cheese and fat free greek yogurt
Meringues (20 calories each)
Walked 8500 steps today
